Has more than 25 years of experience in policy development, programme formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, and value for money (VfM) analysis in the fields of gender, agriculture.

Master of Business Administration Degree in Business Leadership, 20 Years of experience in development consulting general business development and insurance

Tinashe Sande – Chief Operating Officer

MSC in Development Studies and BSC Environmental Health. Has more than 10 years of experience in the Gender and WASH Sector in Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Zambia stemming from several assignments conducted throughout the years. She additionally has strong experience in programmed design, programme management as well as monitoring and evaluation.

Currently studying towards attaining a PhD in Food Security.Holds a MSc in Management of Development specialising in Rural Development and HIV/AIDS, BSc Agriculture Honours in Agricultural Economics and Management and a post qualification in Project Planning and Management. Has more than 10 years of experience in Agriculture, Food Security, Monitoring and Evaluation and Project Planning and Management.

Gideon Gavera – Business Development Team Leader

BA in Development Studies and a Certificate in Psychosocial Support, Has 5 years experience in survey management, monitoring and evaluation, field coordination, project management in the gender, public health, livelihoods, Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health and child rights sectors.

Project Acquisition Team Leader

PhD operations research & statistics, MSc Operations Research, MSc Biostatistics & Epidemiology, BSc (hons) Maths, Diploma Business and Accounting, more than 10 years experience in research as statistical consultant, evaluations and market research. Godfrey is a Certified  Analytics Professional by INFORMS, USA. Has supervised over 20 masters students academic projects.

Blessing Ndhlovu – Finance and Administration Team Leader

She is currently studying towards attaining professional qualification with ACCA and has a  Bachelor of Science Honors Degree in Accountancy. She has more than 5 years of experience in providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; computing taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement preparing reports in accordance with the highest professional and ethical standard. 

Tsitsi Mukaratirwa – Associate Partner

Associate Partner – MSc, Strategic Management BSc, Sociology Honors, Management Development Programme. 18 experience years in Climate Change, Water Sanitation and Health, HIV/AIDS, Strategic Planning and Monitoring and Evaluations in food security, Livelihoods in more than 5 countries.

Ellen Jaka – Associate Partner

Master’s degree in Disaster Management, Master of Science degree in Rural and Urban Planning and Bachelor of Science (honours) Rural and Urban Planning. 17 years in qualitative and qualitative, policy formulation, workshop facilitation, strategic planning in Emergency Preparedness and Response and the Disaster Risk Reduction thematic areas strategic plans, Programme Design & Management, Climate Adaptation and Resilience and Gender mainstreaming.

Dorothy Kadzikano – Associate Partner

Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Social Work, Diploma in Social Work. 23 years of experience in development and humanitarian programming. Implementation, monitoring and evaluation experience encompasses food and nutrition security, livelihoods, water, sanitation & hygiene, social & cash transfers.

James Jowa – Associate Partner

MSc in Economics and BSc (Hon) in Economics in 15 years of experience in Value for Money (VfM), project monitoring and evaluations, research studies, gender studies, feasibility studies, trade related studies, macroeconomic analysis, poverty and livelihoods studies, nutrition studies, refugees and migration.
